There are reasons for our problems that might not be obvious to some. To me, the biggest issue plaguing America is the growing number of people in this country that don’t understand or appreciate what America is all about.
Not only do we have too many people born in this country that don’t appreciate their privilege of citizenship or just being here, but also the many foreigners who likewise do not have an appreciation for opportunities available in this country.
Let’s take integration. The requirements for legal integration are that you get in line, learn certain minimum things about this country and learn to speak English. The hope is for these new would be citizens to gain appreciation for the opportunity they are being given. Most of them do.
What we see happening lately is people coming in illegally with no appreciation for this country, but seeking jobs and financial gain. At the same time many have no real allegiance other than a job and whatever publicly available assistance they can get. They act as if the money to sustain them falls from trees. If that were true, I’m sure they would have planted trees where they came from.
What can be said about the righteous indignation of allowing illegals in front of those already in line, who are going through all the appropriate steps to become American Citizens.
What about all the homeless across this country, many of which lost their homes as a result of the financial crisis, and the following gentrification. Where is the compassion for them? In fact, where are the Democrats on this issue?
What about the poor people living in these impoverished and run down mostly Democrat run cities. Cities like Baltimore, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and more. Where’s the commitment to Americans.
What really gets me exercised is what has happened to so called education. I call it feducation because these young people are being propagandized with lies, false concepts, false history, and one sided socialist dogma. The problem is, they don’t know it.
Just talking to young people on the streets and right away you recognize the programming. The shame of it is the amount of other information out there is staggering. When you look deeper you see that “there are things we know”, “there are things we don’t know”, and “there are things we don’t know we don’t know”. This is where they have young people, not knowing that they don’t know. You can’t fix a problem that you don’t recognize as a problem.
America was established as a Judeo Christian nation having historical roots in both Judaism and Christianity. As such we practice and follow the Judeo Christian traditions, and our belief in God. The thing I’m noticing is that I see fewer references to God every day. It’s as if the’re trying to delete God from the lexicon. You have a political party accusing God fearing Christians of being racist when they disagree.
One of the few instances some people don’t object to the word God is on the dollar bill. In fact, the only objection to the dollar bill is not having any. How hypocritical is that? So who are we to blame for this mis-match between this feducation and real education? To add insult to injury, most graduates or dropouts will leave college with a mountain of debt for all that one sided education (indoctrination).
There is an unholy alliance between Leftist Democrats, Education, Hollywood, and the fake news Media. You could also throw in religious and workplace peer thinking and so forth. The result of this one sided dogma coming from all these quarters, it’s no wonder people are so mis-educated and confused.
It’s not uncommon to encounter someone who exhibits cognitive dissonance or confirmation bias when exposed to accurate information that conflicts with what’s been put into their heads. What better way to inject confusion into a discussion. The effect is similar to being exposed to inaccurate information 23 hours a day and the truth just 1 hour per day, every day.
In Warsaw Poland President Trump Raised an important Question – “The fundamental question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive. Do we have the confidence in our values to defend them. Do we have the desire and the courage to preserve our civilization in the face of those who would subvert and destroy it“? – President Donald Trump
The mainstream wants you to believe that we have all this animosity because the two parties can’t come to any agreement. That’s not even close to the truth. Democrats and some Republicans have viciously opposed the President since his election. They’ve been unrelenting in their efforts to impeach him, throwing all kinds of shit against the wall to see what sticks.
Additionally, they are hiding from you, the American People, anything positive that President Trump has done since being in office. If you want to really know what’s happening you have to rely on alternative media sources.
You may have noticed lately many alternative information sources have been silenced, curtailed, banned and otherwise prevented from distribution of news, stories and information by Social Media giants including Facebook, You Tube, Google, Instagram, Snap chat, and others. This is a blatant attempt to seriously reduce circulation of information getting out to the public. They know that truth getting out is their enemy.
The final point I’ll make about why I think we’re in trouble is education, not just national education, but international education. It used to be acceptable to just be interested in what was going on in the U.S., now however it’s become apparent that we’re all connected and events that happen on the other side of the world, affects us too. As fellow humans, we should be interested and abreast of the facts happening around the world.
Since President Trump has taken office you see a breakout of nationalism all over the world with France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong as recent examples. There is a recognition that something is being taken from us, and there is a desire to take it back. It’s called sovereignty. Even people in other countries recognize the freedoms that America represents and agree with the American vision.
